QUEEN VICTORIA
Victoria was born on 24th May 1819. She became Queen on 20th June 1837.
Her reign lasted more than sixty years, longer
than that of any other British monarch.
Victoria was the first monarch to use the title Empress of India, which
she became on 1st January 1877.
The reign of Victoria was marked by a great expansion of the British
Empire. The Victorian Era was at the height of the Industrial
Revolution,
a period of significant social, economic, and technological change in
the United Kingdom.
